CREMER has signed the corporate initiative "Charta der Vielfalt"

The Charta der Vielfalt (engl. Diversity Charter) is an employer initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions under the patronage of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. More than 6,000 organizations have already signed the Charta, committing themselves to promoting a respectful and nonjudgmental working environment. The Charta represents 14.7 million employees in Germany alone.

Our CREMER values coincide with the attitude and value system of the initiative. Therefore, signing the "Charta der Vielfalt" is our fundamental commitment to fairness and appreciation of people in our company. At the same time, we are committed to maintaining, promoting and creating structures that support these values.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in companies promote and strengthen the diversity of innovations, ideas and products, which in turn creates value.
